The Putnam County School board represents the public's voice in public education, providing oversight of what the public schools need and what the community wants. Their role is important as the actions and decisions they make affect the present and future lives of our children.
- Regular meetings of the Board of Public Education are held at the Board of Education (Central Office), 1400 E.Spring St., at 5 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month. These meetings are open to the public.

Agenda Archive
-
Below is an archive of old school board agendas that pre-date the year 2012. The name format is A (for agenda) followed by a two-digit month, day, and year. So A020311.pdf refers to Agenda for Feb. 3, 2011. Letters beyond this format indicate a special called meeting. A number in parenthesis indicates an additional agenda was provided.
Archived Meeting Minutes
-
Below is an archive of older meeting minutes that pre-date the year 2012. The format is as for the archived agendas (left), except the files start with M for meeting, not A for Agenda. So it will be M followed by a two-digit month, day, and year. So M010611.pdf refers to Meeting Minutes for Jan. 6, 2011.
