The first image shows a top-down view of the school with a hand-drawn circle at the building where the driveway that joins Crossville Street to Farley Avenue with the number 2.

A pair of circles are on the back of the side of the building facing Romine Street. The circle closest to Maple Street has the number 1 inside of it. Google's information about the school contains the outdated name of Burks Middle School, which is in fact, Burks Elementary.

The next image contains a picture of a fence. This is a detail of area 1. The note says, "Existing Gate. Adjust as necessary. Add panic hardware."

And this picture shows area 2, an open walkway below a canopy and beside a fenced area. A red line extends from the brick wall of the building to the fence. A back line, most of the width of the sidewalk stops jsut before reaching the fence. The note indicates, "Add fence and gate approximately on red line.  Gate with panic hardware. Gate should be width of sidewalk to canopy posts. Indicated by black line dots."

The first picture depicts an overhead view of the school. Two circled areas are in the photo and are numbered. Area one is located on the side of the building closest to Woodland Avenue. Area 2 is on the side closer to Lousiana Avenue.

The first image shows area 1 as noted above. A fence comes close to a sidewalk making a T-shaped intersection. The base of the T goes past a door with the number 18 on it.  Drawn of the  map is  a red line with a scale of 15 feet and an indication that a gate should be the width of the sidewalk. The note on the photo reads, "1. Enclose sidewalk per red line. 15 ft. from current fence so that door 18 is outside the fenced area. Add panic gate as close to full width of sidewalk as possible.

The final photo shows area 2 as noted in the first photo, a fence on top of grass. Two red dots are on either side of a fence post. The note reads, "2. Add 6-ft. panic gate into whichever section works best."

Baseball Gate

The photo shows the area behind the bleachers where a fence has netting above it. Shown is a sidewalk between the fence and building with a red line drawn from the fence to the building's brick wall. Written on the picture is a scale indicator of 120 inches as the width of the sidewalk, with the instructions "Add gate with panic hardware. No post in the middle. MHS baseball gate." 

Football Gate A

This photo shows a fenced double gate that is 118 inches wide. The note says, "Add panic hardware to this gate. If center post is required, we would prefer to replace with a single gate."

Football Gate B

The photo shows a fenced double gate near a door with the notation of B2 on it. A drawn line indicates that this gate is 114 inches wide. The notation reads, "Add panic hardware. Prefer to replace with one gate if center post is necessary."

Football Gate C

The gate is a fenced double gate. The gate is noted as being 122 inches wide. The instructions read, "Add panic hardware. No center post."

Softball Gate

This is a fenced single gate. The picture shows it being 56 inches wide. The notes show only the words, "Add panic hardware".

There are four project areas on this double campus (Elementary and Middle).

Overview

The first overview photo shows the campus with the number 1 over the middle school. The number two is in the middle section closest to the middle school side. The Number three is in the middle closest to the elementary school and the number 4 is on the elementary school side. Not using West Cemetery Road as your orientation, but rather using South Jefferson Avenue as the "front", then all four areas are on the back side of the building.

The next photo shows details of areas 3 and 4 both located adjacent to the elementary school's playground.

Area 1

The photo shows an overview of the area behind the basketball courts, closest to the tree line. Two areas 1A and 1B are defined, with 1B at the top of the image, and 1A at the bottom. The words of instruction are "1. Connect Fence to playground at top (B). Run Fence 6 feet inside tree line in the back. Match fence style/color to A."

The following photo shows area 1A. A fence runs along the grass until it stops. The end shows a red line going back to the tree line. The instructions say, "1A. Fence from existing fence corner to 6 feet inside treeline. Match fence style/color."

The photo shows area 1B. A fence terminates on the left side with a perpendicular fence line running along the right that encloses the playground. A red line is drawn between the two fences. The note reads, "1B. Connect Fence to playground fence. Match fence style/color."

Area 2

This is area two. It shows a playground fence on the left, with the school building on the right. Behind the school building, the end of a sidewalk is visible. The note reads, "2. Fence from existing fence over to sidewalk. Add panic gate at end of sidewalk. Gate must be 6 feet wide to accommodate equipment. This is look # 1 at the area."

The next photo shows the end of the sidewalk view looking over to the fenced-in playground area. A red angled line is drawn from the end of the sidewalk over to the fence. Written in red are the words "Gate with Panic Hardware" at the sidewalk terminus. A note indicates, "2. Gate must be 6 feet wide. Adjust fence if necessary. This is look #2 of the area."

Area 3

The next photo shows area 3. The photo shows a sidewalk with a fence on the left and the school building on the right. A red line connects the fence to the school building. The note reads, "3. Fence with panic gate. Gate must be 6 feet wide at the minimum."

Area 4

Area 4 is at the end of the building. The photo has a red line indicating two gates, with gate 1 at the area closest to the exit doors, while gate two is to be constructed nearest the fence. A note reads, "4. Fence with 2 panic gates. First gate directly out of the double doors pictured. Gate 2 in the middle of the sidewalk. Each gate must be 6 feet minimum width."

The White Plains project requires a fence to be constructed behind the building. The photo shows six lengths of fence that will join as one. Bids need to be made for each section. Depending upon the cost, some or all may be done.
