After logging in with your email and password, you are greeted with a consent screen without options, like so:
While it looks as though you have no options, there is an allow button. Click directly on that box and on the keyboard, press the down arrow until you land here:
Then click the Allow button. We are actively working with JAMF support for a resolution to this issue.
